Important Notices – Please Confirm Before Placing Your Order
・Business cards will be delivered by a shipping carrier.
・All orders are shipped from Japan.
・Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight disruptions, severe weather, or natural disasters.
・For any inquiries regarding shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
・The Company shall not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by delivery delays. Please place your order with sufficient time in advance.
・If your business cards do not arrive within one month, you will not be charged.
・You may be required to pay customs duties depending on your country’s import regulations.
・State taxes may apply depending on your place of residence in the U.S.
・Please open the card case carefully. Mishandling may cause the cards to scatter or become damaged.
・Take care not to injure yourself when opening the card case.
・Do not use the card case for any other purpose, as it may result in unexpected accidents.
・Be cautious not to cut your fingers on the paper.
・Do not throw business cards, as they may cause injury.
・Keep business cards out of reach of children and pets.
・Do not use business cards for any purpose other than intended.
・Business cards are made of paper and may warp or discolor if exposed to moisture or humidity.
・As paper is flammable, please keep business cards away from fire or high heat.
・The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the information printed on the business cards. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your order.
・The Company accepts no responsibility if the content of the cards causes offense, inconvenience, or harm to the user, recipients, or viewers. All responsibility lies with the person placing the order.
・The Company will not be responsible for any errors in printed content, whether due to oversight or mistakes at the time of order confirmation. Please ensure accuracy before submitting your order.
・No reprints or refunds will be issued for errors in printed content.
・The printed color of the cards may differ from what is displayed on your screen. The Company accepts no liability for dissatisfaction resulting from such color differences.
・Business card printing uses CMYK toner, which does not support metallic, fluorescent, or other special colors. These will be converted to approximate CMYK equivalents.
・We do not support embossed printing or any other types of processing beyond standard CMYK toner printing.
・Orders can only be placed via the App. We do not accept orders through other methods.
・We do not provide data editing services for your business card content.
・Please use the App in a stable internet environment to avoid performance issues.
・Internet usage fees are the responsibility of the App user.
・The print quality of images on your card depends on the resolution of the uploaded image. Please read the “Before using” section in “App Information” on the home screen before placing an order.
・For QR code usage, please review the “Before using” section under “App Information” on the home screen.
・Minor position shifts may occur during printing and trimming. Please check the “Before using” section on the App top page for details.
・If you wish to print right to the edge of the paper, please read the “Before using” section on the App home screen.
・If you change devices, your order history can be transferred by signing into your account. Please read the “About data transfer” section in “App Information” on the home screen.
・Before placing an order, please thoroughly read and understand the “App Information” and “How to Use” sections on the home screen.
・Business cards are made to order. Therefore, cancellations after payment, as well as returns and refunds after delivery, are not accepted.
・Because the cards are made to order, we cannot accept any changes to the content, quantity, or paper type after payment is completed.
・Returns and refunds are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
